Check-in time for entire group at the tent (left of stage): 2:35pm
Performance time: 3:00 – 3:45 (includes set-up)
Changing tent for personal items will be located right of the stage.
Parking in a lot behind the Park and on the street. The main lot is for ADA and drop-offs.
We will have to plan and rehearse our set up so everyone knows where to go on stage. The park will have chairs available.
